   As products are collectibles, we do not accept returns for any items once sold.

2. Product Imperfections
   For Sealed Bag Products:

   • We cannot inspect sealed items internally
   • All products are official genuine items with extremely low defect rates
   • However, we cannot guarantee 100% perfection

   For Opened Products:

   • All items undergo professional quality inspection before shipping
   • Ensured to be free from any imperfections

3. Issue Resolution

   • For defects or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of receipt for free replacement. Incorrect items may be kept as gifts
   • For shipping damage: Provide photographic evidence within 48 hours for compensation or free reshipment with next order
